- Oyster Sauce 15ml

- Aginomoto 3g
- Refined Sugar 3g

Marinade
- Soy Sauce 5ml
- Oyster Sauce 5ml
- Salt 2g
- Fiver Spices Powder 3g
- Tapioca Starch Approximately
- Cooking Oil 10ml
STEPS
- Rine ingredients.Cut onion,capsicum, red chillies into slice,mince garlic.
- Pour water into cooker,select "Optional" mode, set timer to 15 minutes and highest power.
- When water boils, put pork rib. After 3 minutes, take it out. Drain off the water from the cooker and wipe it dry.
- Select "Stir Fry" mode, set timer to 20 minutes and medium power.
- Pour in cooking oil. When fuming, add in ginger slice. When flavored, add minced garlic and select lowest power.
- When garlic turns into golden color, select highest power, add black bean and soya bean paste till flavored.
- Select lowest power, add onion, red chillies and capscium,then select highest power.
- After 10 seconds, add pork rib. After 1 minute,add 100ml water, and other seasonings together, then close lid.
- Last remaining 2 minutes, open lid. When time is up,dish can be served.

调味料
- 黑豆鼓 15克
- 面鼓酱 25克
- 生抽 6毫升
- 蚝油 15毫升
- 晒油 少许
- 味精 3克
- 幼糖 3克
- 清水 100毫升
做法
- 将材料洗净。大葱,青椒和红辣椒切片。蒜头切碎。
- 将适量的清水倒入,选择‘自动’功能。。将时间调至15分钟,火力调至最大。
- 当水煮沸后放入排骨,3分钟后取出。将锅内的水倒出,抹干内锅。
- 选择‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至20分钟,,火力调至最大。
- 倒入清油,当看到冒烟时,加入姜片炒至散发出香水后,加入蒜米,将火力调至最小。
- 将蒜米炒至金黄色后,将火力调至最大,加入黑豆鼓和面鼓酱炒至散发出香味。
- 将火档调至最小,加入大葱,红辣椒和青椒后,再将火力调至最大。
- 约10秒后加入排骨,1分钟后,将100毫升的清水和所有调味料加入,将盖关上。
- 当时间剩下2分钟时,将盖打开,当时间停止后,即可食用。
