Wash the potatoes. Put the potatoes in the fryer and spray oil on the surface.
Bake at (DIY) 200 degrees/20 minutes
Cut the top of the roasted potatoes. Scoop out the potato flesh and press it into puree and set aside.
Stir the mashed potatoes, ham (half), mayonnaise, cheese, and milk evenly, stuff the mashed potatoes into the potato skins, put a layer of grated cheese on top, and top with the remaining ham. Cracked black pepper and set aside.
Put it in the fryer and press (DIY) 200 degrees/10 minutes to complete.
