MATERIAL
  • 400g Glutinous Rice Flour
  • 400g Coconut Sugar
  • 400ml water
  • A few pandan leaves
  • Banana leaves
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Chop the coconut sugar into pieces and place it in a deep pot. Add water and pandan leaves and boil until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Prepare a pot of water and boil the banana leaves until they turn dark.
  3. Place 1 layer of banana leaves around the stew pot and 1 layer at the bottom of the stew pot
  4. Sift the glutinous rice flour, then gradually add the coconut palm sugar water in small amounts and stir well
  5. Sift the mixed batter , then pour it into the stewing pot. Cover it with a layer of plastic wrap
  6. Place the stewing pot into the steamer, select "Chicken" mode, and set the time to 30 minutes (repeat this step 5 times).

    • 400克椰糖
    • 400毫升清水
    • 少量斑斓叶

    做法
    1. 将椰糖切碎,放入深锅中,加入清水和斑斓叶,煮至椰糖完全融化
    2. 准备一锅水,将香蕉叶放入水中煮至深色
    3. 将炖盅内部用香蕉叶围起,底部铺上一层香蕉叶
    4. 过筛糯米粉,再将放凉了的椰糖水少量多次地倒入糯米粉中搅拌均匀
    5. 将混合好的面糊再次过筛,然后倒入炖盅,表面覆盖一层保鲜膜
    6. 将炖盅放入蒸锅中,选择“Chicken”模式,将时间设定为30分钟(此步骤重复5次)
