INGREDIENTS
  • 2 boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 1 lemon (seeded and sliced)
  • 2 red chili peppers (chopped)
  • A little coriander
SEASONINGS (marinate)
  • 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • ½ tablespoon of dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of tapioca flour
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Put all the seasonings and chicken into a bowl, mix well, and marinate for 10 mins
  2. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into the pan, select the Stir-Fry mode (170°C, 12 mins)
  3. Once the temperature light is on, add the chicken into the pot and cover with the lid
  4. In the last 3 mins, add the garlic and onion, stir-fry for 2 mins
  5. In the last minute, add all the ingredients and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar

  • 2只 鸡腿 (去骨切块)

调味料(腌制)
  • 2汤匙 生抽
  • 1汤匙 蚝油
  • 半汤匙 老抽
  • 1汤匙 木薯粉
  • 半茶匙 盐
  • 一茶匙黑胡椒
做法
  1. 将所有的调味料及鸡肉倒一个碗里,抓均匀后腌制10分钟
  2. 锅里倒入一汤匙油,选择Stir-Fry模式(170°,12分钟)
  3. 温度显示灯亮后,将鸡肉倒入锅里,将盖子盖上
  4. 在最后3分钟将蒜和洋葱倒入翻炒2分钟
  5. 在最后1分钟放入所有的配料及半汤匙的白糖
