MATERIAL
- Pork Belly 1000 g

Seasoning
- Cooking oil 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
- Oyster Sauce 60 g
- Soy Sauce 20 g
- Sugar 3 g
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak mushroom for 2 hours. Chop the pork belly into pieces,cut scallion/green onion to halves and slice the ginger.
- Choose 'Fry' to preheat the pot then pour in cooking oil andsesame oil to heat it up. Sauté the ginger, add in mushroom
and pork belly then stir-fry it. Choose ‘Cancel’.
- Pour water with other seasonings and ingredients into the
pot then stir it evenly. Close lid and choose ‘Braise’.After that, the dish is ready to be served.

做法
- 先将冬菇浸泡2小时。再将五花肉剁块,青葱切半,老姜切片。
- 选择'Fry'的功能,待热锅后,倒入清油和麻油烧热。先将老姜片爆香,再加入五花肉和冬菇炒香后,按下'Cancel'键。
- 将清水,所有材料和调味料一起倒入锅中搅拌均匀,将盖关上,选择'Braise'的功能。完成后,即可食用。
