INGREDIENTS
- Drumstick 600g

- Cooking Oil 2 tablespoons
- Water 300ml
- Cooking Wine 50ml
- Soy Sauce 15ml
- Oyster Sauce 25ml
- Dark Soy Sauce 10g
STEPS
- Rinse Ingredients, smash garlic and small chilies. Chop drumsticks,slice ginger and julienne scallion,dice red chilies and onion.
- Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button. Select "Stir-Fry" mode, set timer to 20 minutes and highest power.
- Pour in cooking oil. About 15 seconds, add ginger and garlic to fry until turn color to golden,then add red chilies, small chilies and onion.
- When time left 18 minutes, add drumsticks to stir well, then pour in water, soy sauce,oyster sauce and dark soy sauce, close lid.
- Select medium power.At last remaining 3 minutes,add cooking wine and scallion. Then, dish can be served.

- 生抽 15毫升

做法
- 将材料洗净,蒜头和小辣椒拍碎。将鸡腿切块,姜切片和青葱切条,红辣椒和洋葱切角。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。选择‘炒菜‘功能,将时间调至20分钟,火力调至最大。
- 倒入清油。约15秒后,加入姜片和蒜米炒至金黄色,再加入红辣椒,小辣椒和洋葱。
- 当时间剩下18分钟时,加入鸡腿炒均后,再加入清水,生抽,蚝油和黑酱油,将盖关上。
- 将火力调至中火,当时间剩下3分钟时,倒入花雕酒和青葱炒至时间停止,即可食用。
