- Pork Belly 200g

TIPS
- Keep pork belly inside refrigerator for 1 hour, easier for slicing.
STEPS
- Rinse ingredients,smash garlic. Cut pork belly and ginger into slice. Cut onion,dried chili and scallion into section.
- Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button. Select "Stir-Fry' mode, set timer to 5 minutes and highest power.
- Select "Optional" mode, set timer to 10 minutes and highest power.
- When time left 3 minutes, put pork belly and seasonings. At last remaining 1 minute, add scallion to fry until time is up. Then, dish can be served.

做法
- 将材料洗净,蒜头拍碎。花腩肉和生姜切片,洋葱,辣椒干和青葱切段。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。现在‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至5分钟,火力调至最大。
- 倒入清油。约15秒后,加入生姜和蒜米炒至金黄色,再加入辣椒干,梅香咸鱼和洋葱。
- 当时间剩下3分钟时,加入花腩肉和所有调味料。当时间剩下1分钟时,加入青葱炒至时间停止,即可食用。
