MATERIAL
- Chicken thighs 2 pieces
- Young ginger 50g
- Garlic 5g

Seasoning
- MSG ½ teaspoon
- Rock sugar 2 g
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce 4 tablespoon
- Thick soy sauce litte
- Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
- Cooking oil 1 teaspoon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop chicken thighs into cubes, slice the ginger, and dice the garlic.
- Choose 'Fry' to preheat the pot, add cooking oil and
sesame oil and wait the oil to heat up. Sauté the shredded ginger first then sauté garlic.Then, stir-fry the chicken and choose 'Cancel'.
- Stir well after added in water and other seasonings.
Close lid, choose 'Chicken' then choose '–' to set timer to
8 minutes. After that, the dish is ready to be served.

做法
- 先将鸡腿剁块,子姜切丝,蒜头切碎。
- 选择'Fry'的功能,待热锅后,倒入清油和麻油烧热。先将子姜丝爆香,再将蒜米碎爆香,再加入鸡块炒香后,按下'Cancel'键。
- 倒入清水和其它调味料搅拌均匀后,将盖关上,选择'Chicken'的功能,再按下'–',将时间调至8分钟。完成后,即可食用。
