INGREDIENTS
- Glutinous Rice 500g
- Small Shrimp 70g
- Mushroom 60g
- Chinese sausage 2pcs
- Garlic 15g
- Small Onion 20g
SEASONING
- Water 400ml
- Oyster Sauce 35g
- Cooking Oil 4 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 25ml
- Dark Soy Sauce 10g
STEPS
- Rinse ingredients,soak glutinous rice for half an hour.Slice Chinese sausage and mushroom,mince garlic and small onion.
- Incline cooker to 45'angle by pressing left side buttton.Select "Stir-Fry" mode, set timer to 5 minutes and highest power.
- Pour in cooking oil. After 25 seconds, add shrimp to saute until time left 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and small onion to saute until time left 2 minutes,add Chinese sausage and mushroom and stir fry, then add in glutinous rice and water.
- Press "Power" button to stop running, add in seasonings.
- Incline cooker to 90' angle, close lid, select "Cook Rice" mode, when time is up,then dish can be served.

做法
- 将材料洗净。糯米浸泡半小时。腊肠和香菇切片,蒜头和小洋葱切碎。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。现在‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至5分钟,火力调至最大。
- 倒入清油。约25秒后,加入虾米爆至时间剩下3分钟。
- 加入蒜米与小洋葱报纸时间剩下2分钟后,加入腊肠,香菇炒均,再加入糯米和清水。
- 按“Power”钮停止运作后,加入调味料搅均。
- 将锅身调至90度,将盖盖上。选择‘煮饭’功能,当时间停止后,即可食用。
