INGREDIENTS
- Rice 250g
- Anchovies 15g
- Chives 15g
- Garlic 3pcs
- Small Chilies 2pc
- Chicken 60g
SEASONING
- Nasi Goreng Kampung Flavoring 1 teaspoon
- Cooking Oil 1 ½ tablespoon
- Cooking Oil 150ml(Fry anchovies and chicken use)
STEPS
- Rinse ingredients,slice chicken, smash garlic and small chilies. Add Nasi Goreng Kampung flavoring to white rice then stir well.
- Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button. Select "Stir-Fry" mode, set timer to 5 minutes and highest power.
- Pour in 150ml cooking oil. When last remaining 2 minutes, add anchovies to fry till the time is up, then take it out.
- Select "Stir-Fry" mode, set timer to 5 minutes and highest power. Add chicken to fry till the time is up, then take it out.
- Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button. Select "Stir-Fry" mode, set timer to 3 minutes and highest power.
- Add 1 ½ tablespoon of cooking oil. When fuming,fry garlic until it turn color golden, then add in small chilies.
- Add chives, then put rice,stir fry buy using spatula.At last remaining 1 minute,add chicken and anchovies.When time is up,dish can be served.

调味料
- Nasi Goreng Kampung总味: 1 茶匙
- 清油 1½汤匙
- 清油 150毫升(炸江鱼仔和鸡肉使用)
做法
- 将材料洗净,鸡肉切片,蒜头和小辣椒拍碎。将Nasi Goreng Kampung 总味加入白饭。搅均备用。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。现在‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至5分钟,火力调至最大。
- 加入150毫升清油。当时间剩下2分钟时,加入江鱼仔炸至时间停止后,取出备用。
- 选择‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至5分钟,火力调至最大。加入鸡肉炸至时间调至后,取出备用。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度,现在‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至3分钟,火力调至最大。
- 加入1 ½汤匙清油,当开始冒烟时,加入蒜米爆至金黄色后,再加入小辣椒爆香。
- 加入蕹菜炒均后,再加入白饭,食用锅铲稍微炒均。当时间剩下1分钟时,加入鸡肉和江鱼仔。当时间停止后,即可食用。
