- Cuttlefish 250g

INSTRUCTIONS
- First,remove the skin of shallot and garlic and dice them into pieces. Cut the cuttlefish into pieces after cleaning them.
- Mix the shallot and garlic with other seasoning.Add in the cuttlefish and let the mixture gets marinated for 2 hours.Wrap the mixture with aluminum foil.
- Preheat the air fryer (200c) by adjusting the time to the lowest.When you see '_ _' on the screen,you will hear a 'dee...dee...dee' sound,pull out the frying basket and insert the aluminum pack.
- Finally,adjust the temperature to 200 degree and set the time range to 8 minutes.,the meal is ready to be served.

步骤
- 把小葱头和蒜去皮,切成粒状,洗净乌贼后切块。
- 把已经切好的小葱头,蒜粒和其他的调味料调均,再放入已经切块的乌贼里,腌制2小时后,再放入铝箔纸里。
- 先按预热功能(200c)把时间调到最低,屏幕出现'_ _',听见滴......滴声后,拉出炸篮把食材放入。
- 最后,在显示屏幕上按8分钟200c,美味佳肴即可食用。
