INGREDIENTS
- Pig Trotter 1 kg
- Black Vinegar 640ml
- Old Ginger 250g
- Garlic 2pcs
- Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
- Water Approximately (for pork trotter use)
SEASONINGS
- Refined Sugar 2 ½ tablespoons
- Water 800ml
- Thick Soy Sauce Little
STEPS
- Rinse ingredientes, chop pig trotter into pieces, crush old ginger.
- Pour water into the cooker,select "Optional" mode, set timer to 15 minutes and highest power.
- When water boils, put the pig trotter into pot.After 10 minutes,take it out. Drain off the water from the cooker and wipe it dry.
- Incline cooker to 45 angle by pressing left side button. Select "Optional" mode, set timer to 90 minutes and highest power.
- Pour in sesame oil then add in ginger slice until flavored,then put pig trotter. After 1 minutes, pour in 800ml water.
- Incline cooker to 90' angle by pressing left side button and select highest power. Add in black vinegar and garlic, then close lid
- When vinegar boils, add all seasonings together, close lid, select lowest power. Then dish can be served.

- 猪脚 1公斤
- 黑醋 640毫升
- 老姜 250克
- 蒜头 2颗
- 麻油 1汤匙
- 清水 适量(煮熟猪脚使用)
调味料
做法
- 将材料洗净。猪脚切块,老姜拍碎。
- 将适量的情随倒入,选择‘自选’功能,将时间调至15分钟,火力调至最大
- 当水煮沸后,加入猪脚。10分钟后取出备用,将锅内的水倒出,抹干内锅。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。选择‘自选’功能,将时间调至90分钟,火力调至最大。
- 倒入麻油。加入姜片炒至散发出香味后,加入猪脚。约1分钟后,倒入800毫升清水。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至90度,火力调至最大。加入黑醋和蒜头,将盖关上。
- 当黑醋煮沸后,加入所有调味料,将盖关上,火力调至最少。完成后,即可食用。
