MATERIAL
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- MSG - few teaspoons
- Pepper - few teaspoons
- Allspice seasonings - few teaspoons
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all seasonings evenly and set aside (to be used for coating the meat).
- Boil the pork belly in hot water for 5 minutes with the skin facing down, then poke holes in the skin with a fork.
- Wrap the pork belly in aluminum foil, skin side up and sprinkle salt all over on the top.
- Set temperature to 200 for 50 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove the salt, cook for 10 more minutes, then remove the foil and continue cooking until done.

做法
- 以上是调味料弄均匀备用(用在涂肉的调味)
- 花肉先用热水煮5分钟(皮向下),然后用食飯叉在皮插洞
- 用铝纸折成像花肉的形状把花肉放下,皮向上用盐铺满皮上
- 按温度-200、分钟-50
- 烤20分钟后皮上的盐弄走、继续烤至10后把铝纸取出、继续到完成为止、就可食用。
