MATERIAL
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • MSG - few teaspoons
  • Pepper - few teaspoons
  • Allspice seasonings - few teaspoons
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix all seasonings evenly and set aside (to be used for coating the meat).
  2. Boil the pork belly in hot water for 5 minutes with the skin facing down, then poke holes in the skin with a fork.
  3. Wrap the pork belly in aluminum foil, skin side up and sprinkle salt all over on the top.
  4. Set temperature to 200 for 50 minutes.
  5. After 20 minutes, remove the salt, cook for 10 more minutes, then remove the foil and continue cooking until done.

  • 盐-1茶匙
  • 沙糖-1茶匙
  • 味精-少许茶匙
  • 胡椒粉-少许茶匙
  • 五香粉-少许茶匙
做法
  1. 以上是调味料弄均匀备用(用在涂肉的调味)
  2. 花肉先用热水煮5分钟(皮向下),然后用食飯叉在皮插洞
  3. 用铝纸折成像花肉的形状把花肉放下,皮向上用盐铺满皮上
  4. 按温度-200、分钟-50
  5. 烤20分钟后皮上的盐弄走、继续烤至10后把铝纸取出、继续到完成为止、就可食用。
