MATERIAL
  • Smooth tofu - 1 box (cut into small pieces)
  • Bread crumbs - a little
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Tapioca flour - a little
  • Sea salt - a little
  • Cooking Oil - a little
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix bread crumbs and sea salt evenly and set aside.
  2. Cover the tofu with potato starch, then eggs, and finally with bread crumbs.
  3. Spray oil into the fryer before adding the tofu, and then spray oil on the surface of the tofu.
  4. Press (DIY) 200 degrees/15 minutes to complete.

  • 滑豆腐-1盒(切小块)
  • 面包糠-适量
  • 鸡蛋-2
  • 木薯粉-适量
  • 海盐-适量
  • 食用油-适量
做法
  1. 将面包糠和海盐混合均匀备用.
  2. 把豆腐占上薯粉再占鸡蛋最后占上面包糠.
  3. 炸锅先喷油才放入豆腐、再喷油在豆腐表面.
  4. 按(DIY)200度/15分钟即可完成.
