INGREDIENTS
  • 5g goji berries
  • 6 red dates (pitted)
  • 10g rock sugar
  • 8g dried rose buds
  • 4g black tea leaves
  • 200ml milk
  • 400ml water
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place all the ingredients (except for the milk and water) into the glass cup.
  2. Select the Flower Tea mode and set the water volume to 400ml.
  3. Once done, pour out the flower tea, then add 200ml of milk and stir well.

  • 10克 冰糖
  • 8克 玫瑰
  • 4克 红茶

做法
  1. 将所有材料（除了牛奶和水）放入玻璃杯里
  2. 破壁机菜单选择Flower Tea模式，将水量调至400毫升
  3. 完成后将花茶倒出来，然后倒入200毫升的牛奶搅拌均匀
