MATERIAL
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g cake flour
  • 40g orange juice
  • Lemon juice (few drops)
  • Sugar (Optional, add it according to your taste)
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
  2. Pour the egg yolks and orange juice into a bowl, stir until well combined.
  3. Sift in the cake flour, stir until well combined and place it aside.
  4. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice into the egg whites to remove eggy smell and whip it at high speed until stiff peaks form. (You can add sugar according to your taste.)
  5. Pour 1/3 whipped egg whites into the bowl of egg yolk mixture, mix it gently until well combined. Then pour the remaining bowl of whipped egg whites and mix them gently.
  6. Pour the mixture into a stew stir, smooth the surface and cover it with a layer of clingwrap.
  7. Put the stew stir into steam pot, press “chicken" mode and set the time to 20 mins.
材料:
  • 2个鸡蛋
  • 40克低筋面粉
  • 40克橙汁
  • 柠檬汁 (几滴)
  • 糖 (根据自己喜好)
做法:
  1. 将2个鸡蛋打入碗里,再把蛋黄和蛋白分开。
  2. 将蛋黄和橙汁倒入一个碗里搅拌均匀。
  3. 筛入低筋面粉搅拌均匀,放旁备用。
  4. 挤几滴柠檬汁到蛋白里去腥,再用高速打发至呈现尖角状。(可跟据自己喜好加入糖)
  5. 倒 1/3 的蛋白倒蛋黄碗中翻拌均匀。接着再把它倒到剩余的蛋白碗里快速翻拌均匀。
  6.  将它倒进炖盅里,表面抹平,再盖上一层保鲜纸。
  7. 将炖盅放入蒸汽锅里, 选择 "chicken" 模式后再把时间调成20分钟。
