MATERIAL
- 400g Glutinous Rice Flour
- 400g Coconut Sugar
- 400ml water
- A few pandan leaves
- Banana leaves
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Chop the coconut sugar into pieces and place it in a deep pot. Add water and pandan leaves and boil until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Prepare a pot of water and boil the banana leaves until they turn dark.
- Place 1 layer of banana leaves around the stew pot and 1 layer at the bottom of the stew pot
- Sift the glutinous rice flour, then gradually add the coconut palm sugar water in small amounts and stir well
- Sift the mixed batter , then pour it into the stewing pot. Cover it with a layer of plastic wrap
- Place the stewing pot into the steamer, select "Chicken" mode, and set the time to 30 minutes (repeat this step 5 times).

- 400克椰糖
- 400毫升清水
- 少量斑斓叶
- 香蕉叶
做法
- 将椰糖切碎,放入深锅中,加入清水和斑斓叶,煮至椰糖完全融化
- 准备一锅水,将香蕉叶放入水中煮至深色
- 将炖盅内部用香蕉叶围起,底部铺上一层香蕉叶
- 过筛糯米粉,再将放凉了的椰糖水少量多次地倒入糯米粉中搅拌均匀
- 将混合好的面糊再次过筛,然后倒入炖盅,表面覆盖一层保鲜膜
- 将炖盅放入蒸锅中,选择“Chicken”模式,将时间设定为30分钟(此步骤重复5次)
