INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Separate egg whites and egg yolks.
  2. Add ¼ of egg whites to egg yolks, stir it clockwise with chopsticks. Add sugar to remaining egg whites, whip it un􀆟l bubbling with cake mixer.
  3. Choose 'Fry' to preheat the pot. Melt some butter in the pot and choose 'Cancel'.
  4. Pour stirred egg yolks into pot, layering top with egg whites which sugar added. Close lid and choose 'Cake'. (Do not open the lid while baking) After that, the dish is ready to be served.
Small tips:
  1. It is easier to remove the cake if submerge the pot with water for 10 minutes. Add minced fresh oranges for more fragrant taste.

做法
  1. 先将蛋黄和蛋白分开。
  2. 先将¼的蛋白加入蛋黄里,用筷子顺时针搅均。再将剩余的蛋白加入糖, 使用蛋糕机搅拌至起泡。
  3. 选择'Fry'的功能,待热锅后,加入少量牛油融化后,按下'Cancel'键。
  4. 先将搅拌好的蛋黄倒入锅里后,再将有糖的蛋白铺在蛋黄上,将盖关上,选择'Cake'的功能(在过程中请勿将盖打开)。完成后,即可食用。
小贴士
  1. 将内㶽浸泡在水中约10分钟,较容易将梳乎厘取出。 可加入鲜橙碎,味道会更香。
