INGREDIENTS
- Rice Vermicelli 250g
- Choy Sum 85g
- Minced Garlic 10g
- Pork Slice 50g
- Squid 30g
- Shrimp 5pcs
SEASONING
- Soy Sauce 22ml
- Oyster Sauce 17ml
- Dark Soy Sauce 7g
- Cooking Oil 20ml
- Water 140ml
- Pork lard 1 tablespoon
STEPS
- Rinse ingredients.Well mix soy sauce.oyster sauce and dark soy sauce in a bowl.
- Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button. Select "Stir-Fry" mode,set timer to 5 minutes and highest power.
- Pour in cooking oil. When fuming,add in minced garlic, select lowest power.
- When garlic turns color to golden, add in mixed seasonings, select highest power.
- When fuming, add in Choy Sum, pork slice,squid and shrimp. After 30 seconds, put rice vermicelli then close lid.
- About 1 minute, add pork lard then stir fry. Dish can be served.

- 米粉 250克
- 蒜米碎 10克
- 猪肉片 50克
- 苏东 30克
- 虾仁 5只
调味料
- 生抽 22毫升
- 耗油 17毫升
- 黑酱油 7克
- 清油 20毫升
- 清水 140毫升
- 猪油渣 1汤匙
做法
- 将材料洗净。将生抽,耗油,黑酱油加入清水,搅均。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。下次‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至5分钟。火力调至最大。
- 加入清油,当开始冒烟时,加入蒜米碎,将火力调至最小。
- 炒至金黄色后,加入已搅均的调味料,将火力调至最大。
- 当开始冒烟时,加入菜心,猪肉片,苏东和虾仁,30秒后,加入米粉,将盖关上。
- 约1分钟后,再加入猪油渣炒均,即可食用。
