MATERIAL
  • Chicken Meat 600g
  • Young ginger 5g

  • Shaoxing wine 20g
  • Rice wine 40g
  • Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce 3 tablespoon
  • Thick soy sauce litte
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cut chicken into pieces, slice the ginger, onion and capsicum. Dice the garlic and remove chilies’ seed.
  2. Choose 'Fry' to preheat the pot, add sesame oil and wait until it been heaten up. Sauté the shredded ginger first then sauté garlic and pour it into pot along with other ingredients. Then, stir-fry the chicken pieces and choose 'Cancel'.
  3. Add some water or seasonings and stir well. Close lid and choose 'Chicken' then press '–' to set timer to 8 minutes. After that, the dish is ready to be served.

做法
  1. 将鸡肉剁块,子姜,大葱,青灯笼椒切片,蒜米切碎,红辣椒去籽。
  2. 选择'Fry'的功能,待热锅后,倒入麻油烧热。先将子姜片爆香,再将蒜米碎爆香后,才将其它材料加入一起炒香,再加入鸡块炒香后,按下'Cancel'键。
  3. 倒入清水和其它调味料搅拌均匀后,将盖关上,选择'Chicken'的功能,再按下'–',将时间调至8分钟。完成后,即可食用。
