INGREDIENTS
- Kampong Fish 3pcs
- Small Chilies 2pc
- Onion 25g
- Tomato 15g
- Carrot 15g
- Pineapple 25g
- Cucumber 15g
SEASONING
- Sour and Sweet Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Chili Sauce ½ tablespoon
- Chilipo ½ teaspoon
- Water 100ml
- Salt 4g
- Cooking 400ml
STEPS
- Rinse ingredients.Cut chilies,onion,tomato,carrot, pineapple and cucumber into cube. Mix seasonings in a bowl.
- Incline cooker to 90' angle by pressing left side button.Select "Optional" mode, set timer to 10 minutes and highest power.
- Pour in cooking oil. At last remaining 5 minutes, add kampong fish to fry until the time is up, take it out.
- Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button. Select "Stir-Fry", set timer to 2 minutes and highest power.
- Pour in 1 tablespoon cooking oil, then put all ingredients. At last remaining 1 minute, add seasonings.When the time is up, garnish sauces on fish, then dish can be served.

做法
- 将材料洗净。小辣椒,大葱,番茄,红萝卜,黄梨和黄瓜切粒。将调味料搅均备用。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至90度。选择‘自动’功能,将时间调至10分钟,火力调至最大。
- 倒入清油,当时间剩下5分钟时,加入甘榜鱼炸至时间停止,取出备用。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。选择‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至2分钟,火力调至最大。
- 加入1汤匙清油后,将所有材料加入,当时间剩下1分钟时,加入调味料。当时间停止后,将酱汁拌在鱼上,即可食用。
