MATERIAL
  • Peach gum 100 g (not required to soak)
  • Red dates 50 g
  • Longan 60 g
  • Wolfberry 20 g
  • Rock sugar 240 g
  • Water 3.5 Liters
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Rinse ingredients. Pour water into the pot and choose 'Fry' to boil it. Choose 'Cancel' when water boiled.
  2. Add other ingredients into the pot, close lid and choose 'Slow Cook'.The dessert is ready to be served!
Small tips:
  1. Keep dish inside fridge as it is tastier to be served cold.
