INGREDIENTS
- Shrimp 300g

SEASONINGS
- Small Red Chillies ½ piece

- Sugar 12g
- Aginamoto 5g
- Oat 60g

STEPS
- Rinse ingredients,mince pandan leaves and red chillies.
- Pour in cooking oil.Select "Stir-fry" mode,set timer to 7 minutes.Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button.
- Last remaining 2 minutes, add in shrimps and close lid.Fry till the timer is stopped,then take it out.
- Select "Stir-Fry" mode, set timer to 7 minutes and highest power. Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button.
- Add butter and cooking oil together.Once butter melted, pour in egg yolk slightly and stir according clockwise.
- When bubbling getting more,put red chillies,pandan leaves, sugar and aginamoto,stir well.
- Put shirmps.After 10 seconds put oat.Stir evenly and dished served.

做法
- 将材料洗净,班兰叶和小红椒切碎。
- 将适量的清油倒入,选择‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至7分钟,按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。
- 当时间剩下2分钟时,加入明虾,将盖关上。炸至时间停止,即可取出。
- 选择‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至7分钟,火力调至最大,按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。
- 将清油和牛油一起加入,将牛油溶化后,边将蛋黄倒入,边用筷子顺时针搅拌。
- 当看到泡沫越来越多时,加入小红椒、班兰叶、砂糖和味精,搅均。。完成后,即可享用。
