INGREDIENTS
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 can of canned tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/3 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 400ml water
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cut the tomatoes into chunks, and finely chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the tomato chunks and cook until softened.
  4. Pour the cooked tomatoes, canned tomatoes, salt, and sugar into the blender's glass.
  5. Select the Western Soup mode and set the water volume to 400ml.
  6. Afterward, switch to the Milkshake mode to blend.
  7. Once done, pour the soup out and enjoy!

  • 4个 番茄
  • 1罐 罐头番茄
  • 1汤匙 橄榄油
  • 1/3个 洋葱
  • 4瓣 蒜头
  • 1/4茶匙 盐
  • 2汤匙 糖
  • 400毫升 水
做法
  1. 将番茄切块,洋葱和蒜头切碎
  2. 将切碎的洋葱和蒜头放入锅里爆香
  3. 加入番茄块,煮至软化出汁
  4. 将煮好的番茄、罐头番茄、盐和糖一起倒进破壁机的玻璃杯里
  5. 选择Western Soup模式,并将水量调至400毫升
  6. 过后再选择Milkshake模式进行搅拌
  7. 完成后倒出来即可
