INGREDIENTS
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 can of canned tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 400ml water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the tomatoes into chunks, and finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the tomato chunks and cook until softened.
- Pour the cooked tomatoes, canned tomatoes, salt, and sugar into the blender's glass.
- Select the Western Soup mode and set the water volume to 400ml.
- Afterward, switch to the Milkshake mode to blend.
- Once done, pour the soup out and enjoy!

- 4个 番茄
- 1罐 罐头番茄
- 1汤匙 橄榄油
- 1/3个 洋葱
- 4瓣 蒜头
- 1/4茶匙 盐
- 2汤匙 糖
- 400毫升 水
做法
- 将番茄切块,洋葱和蒜头切碎
- 将切碎的洋葱和蒜头放入锅里爆香
- 加入番茄块,煮至软化出汁
- 将煮好的番茄、罐头番茄、盐和糖一起倒进破壁机的玻璃杯里
- 选择Western Soup模式,并将水量调至400毫升
- 过后再选择Milkshake模式进行搅拌
- 完成后倒出来即可
