INSTRUCTIONS
- Grind garlic and shallot, cut the yam into cubes.
- Choose 'Fry' to preheat the pot, add cooking oil
and sesame oil heat up. Sauté the dried shrimp, then sauté garlic, shallot, and yam. After that, put rice and choose 'Cancel'.
- Pour in soy sauce, thick soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Stir well, close lid, and choose 'Rice'.After the rice cooked, the dish is now ready to be served.
