INGREDIENTS
- Petai Leaves 160g
- Shrimp 10pcs
- Red Chilies 10g
- Onion 20g
- Small Chilies 1pc
- Garlic 5pcs
SEASONING
- Sambal Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 5ml
- Water 30ml
- Tapioca Starch Approximately (mix with some water)
STEPS
- Remove shrimp's shell, rinse ingredientes, smash garlic. Slice red chilies and onion ,dice small chilies. Remove petai leaves' thron, add red chiies slice.
- Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button. Select "Stir-Fry" mode, set timer to 5 minutes and highest power.
- Pour in cooking oil. When fuming, put garlic to fry until it turns golden color, then add shrimps.
- At last remaining 4 minutes, add sambal sauce until flavored. Put petai leaves then seasonings.
- At last remaining 3 minutes, close lid. At last remaining 1 minute, open lid. When time is up, then dish can be served.

- 臭豆菜 160克
- 虾只 10只
- 红辣椒 10克
- 大葱 20克
- 小辣椒 1条
- 蒜头 5颗
调味料
- 叁巴酱 1汤匙
- 白糖 ½ 汤匙
- 清水 35毫升
- 清油 2汤匙
- 生抽 5毫升
做法
- 将虾只去壳,材料洗净,蒜头拍碎。红1辣椒和大葱切丝,小辣椒切粒。臭豆菜剪刺后,加入红辣椒丝。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。选择‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至5分钟,火力调至最大。
- 倒入清油。当开始冒烟时,加入蒜米爆至金黄色后,加入大葱和虾只。
- 当时间剩下4分钟时,加入叁巴酱炒至散发出香味。加入臭豆菜炒香后,再加入所有调味料。
- 当时间剩下3分钟时,将盖关上。当时间剩下1分钟时,将盖打开。当时间停止后,即可食用。
