- Oyster Sauce 7ml
- Tapioca Flour 2g

UTENSILS
STEPS
- Apply ingredients B evenly on minced pork. CHop dried chilies and garlic very finely.
- Pour water into the cooker, put in the steam rack and the marinated pork, and close the lid.
- Select "Optional" mode, set timer to 10 minutes and highest power.
- After the pork is steamed, take it out. Drain off the water from the cooker and wipe it dry.
- Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button. Select "Stir-Fry" mode, set timer to 5 minutes and highest power.
- Pour in cooking oil. When fuming, put minced garlic and select lowest power.

- 梅香咸鱼 20克
- 生抽 3毫升
- 蚝油 7毫升
- 木薯粉 2克
- 胡椒粉 适量
- 糖 适量
- 味精 适量
用具
做法
- 将材料B涂均在肉碎上,辣椒干和蒜头切碎。
- 将清水倒入锅内,放入蒸架和腌制好的猪肉碎,将盖关上。
- 选择‘自动’功能,将时间调至10分钟,火力调至最大。
- 待肉碎蒸熟后,取出备用。将锅内的水倒出。抹干内锅。
- 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。选择‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至5分钟,火力调至最大。
- 倒入清油,当开始冒烟时,加入蒜米碎,火力调至最少。
- 当蒜米碎炒至金黄色后,加入辣椒干。10秒后取出,撇在猪肉碎上,即可食用。
